**MAIL ROOM OFFICER NEEDED***
Location: Paya Lebar and will shift to Changi Cargo in January onwards
Duration: ASAP TILL LONG TERM
Responsibilities:
1. Sorting of air and surface letters / packets according to destinations.
2. Ensure sorted mails are bundled and sorted into respective bags.
3. Weighing, labeling and tying of bags correctly to respective destinations.
4. Input data into Mail Dispatch System
5. Responsible for closing of air / sal / surface mail dispatches according to schedules.
6. Tracing of improperly addressed letters.
7. Taking of mail statistics and complete the reports.
TIMING:
Must be able to commit on 3 shifts
1st shift:
Monday ? Friday
7.00am ? 4.30pm
$7.00 per hour
2nd Shift:
Monday- Friday
1.00pm ? 10.30pm
$8.00 per hour
3rd Shift:
Monday- Thursday
8.30pm- 6.00am
Saturday
8.00am- 5.30pm
off day Friday & Sunday
$9.00 per hour
